But don’t let the word Small fool you. The small in our name refers to the size of our company—not the size of the projects we take on. Because we run lean and local, we pass those savings directly on to you, whether it’s a full basement remodel or a small bathroom refresh.

How it started

I’m Michael, owner‑operator of Small Job Solutions LLC. After a decade in construction and hands‑on residential work, I saw the same pattern over and over: homeowners waiting weeks (or months) for help with projects that shouldn’t take that long—like fixing a bathroom floor, installing a vanity, replacing a toilet, building a small deck, or cutting back shrubs that got out of hand.

So I launched SJS to specialize in the kinds of projects most contractors overlook, while also delivering full remodels at a better value than the big crews. One truck, a tight toolkit, and a promise:
